What makes our 14K gold so special?
14K gold in itself is more durable but we have specially treated ours so that you get the same gold colour you would get from higher purities such as 18K gold.
When will your restock you jewellery?
We are always working hard on making sure we can keep up with the demand but unfortunately this is hard to do.
How much is delivery?
Free delivery worldwide for orders over £100.
When will my order arrive?
If you have placed an order to the UK please note that standard delivery should take 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays).
For international orders delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Please contact customer services for further information.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
No all of our Jewellery is sent in packaging that can fit through your letter box, so you don't have to worry about staying in for the delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship internationally! We want everyone to be able to enjoy our jewellery.
Will there be customer and duties for international shipping?
Please note that unfortunately recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees. We operate on a delivered duty unpaid (DDU) basis. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
How shall I take care of my Jewellery?
We want your jewellery to last, therefore we have made our own care guide so you know how best to look after your new jewels.
To keep your jewellery looking its best we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals and water as this can tarnish the plating of the jewellery. It is advisable to remove jewellery when in the shower, applying perfume or when going to bed.
How do I return or exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered then we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s), provided that you return them to us within 14 days of receipt and un-used. All items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels still attached.

Where is my Jewellery made?
Our jewellery is made by specialist craftsmen in Thailand & England. We work extremely closely with each partner to ensure we produce the best design with the best ethical practices.

We are available from 9.30am-5.30pm monday to friday (excluding bank holidays), however we do work hard to be able to answer any questions you may have anytime of the day as your customer satisfication is our biggest goal.
